Michael Gregory is a Partner and Chief Financial Officer of ARCH Management Strategies, where he helps lead financial strategy, operational performance, and strategic growth for ARCH and its clients.

With more than 15 years of healthcare leadership experience, Michael has worked across multi-specialty medical and dental organizations, acquisitions, new practice development, and strategic transactions. At ARCH, he works alongside physicians and executive teams to translate financial performance into actionable business strategy through financial modeling, forecasting, operational analysis, new venture development, acquisition strategy, and transaction support.

Michael has also supported significant private equity due diligence and previously led multi-location healthcare operations involving more than 50 team members. His focus is building the financial discipline and infrastructure necessary to help independent practices make better decisions, create sustainable growth, and maximize long-term organizational value.
