Greg Shoemaker serves as Chief Operating Officer of ARCH Management Strategies, bringing more than 20 years of senior healthcare leadership experience across independent practices, health systems, and academic medical centers.

Prior to ARCH, Greg served as CEO of Magnolia Dermatology, Baldwin Bone & Joint, and Mississippi Sports Medicine, giving him extensive experience leading complex, physician-driven organizations. At ARCH, Greg works alongside physicians and practice leaders on strategic planning, physician recruitment, market expansion, organizational development, and practice operations.

His approach centers on aligning leadership around a shared vision and translating strategy into execution. Greg’s focus is helping ARCH build the operational infrastructure necessary to support continued growth while helping independent practices scale without sacrificing the culture, autonomy, and clinical identity that made them successful.
