Benjamin J. Boudreaux is a Partner and Chief Executive Officer of ARCH Management Strategies, where he helps lead strategic growth, client development, and expansion across independent healthcare organizations.

Ben brings more than 20 years of healthcare leadership experience spanning physician practices, multi-site organizations, business development, and hospital environments. Through ARCH, he also serves as Chief Executive Officer of The NeuroMedical Center in Baton Rouge, providing executive leadership and strategic direction for a complex, multi-specialty physician organization.

Prior to joining ARCH, Ben spent more than nine years with Cardiovascular Institute of the South, ultimately serving as Executive Vice President of Business Development. His experience in operations, market expansion, and physician relationships allows him to help ARCH clients identify growth opportunities, build scalable organizations, and align clinical leadership with long-term business strategy.
