Ross Brown is the Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of ARCH Management Strategies, a healthcare management and advisory firm focused on helping independent medical practices build stronger, more profitable, and sustainable organizations.

With more than 15 years of healthcare leadership experience, Ross has worked across operations, finance, revenue cycle management, strategic growth, and healthcare transactions. Prior to founding ARCH, he held senior leadership roles overseeing complex healthcare organizations generating nine figures in annual revenue and leading teams of more than 100 employees.

Today, ARCH provides management and strategic oversight to independent healthcare organizations representing more than nine figures in combined annual revenue. Ross works alongside physicians on growth strategy, acquisitions, ancillary development, contract negotiations, and long-term succession and exit planning, with a focus on helping great physicians build great businesses while preserving the independence of private practice.
