Jessica Pamplin serves as Vice President of Revenue Integrity at ARCH Management Strategies, where she leads coding, auditing, revenue integrity, and special project initiatives while supporting broader revenue cycle performance.

With more than 11 years of healthcare revenue cycle and health information management experience, Jessica brings expertise across private physician practices, health systems, rural health clinics, and skilled nursing environments. At ARCH, she works alongside revenue cycle and operational teams to improve reimbursement, strengthen compliance, and protect revenue integrity.

Her work includes coding and documentation reviews, revenue and compliance audits, EDI and payer initiatives, system implementations, process improvement, and complex special projects. By connecting documentation and coding with their downstream financial impact, Jessica helps ARCH clients capture earned revenue while maintaining strong standards of accuracy, compliance, and operational discipline.
